Roadshows-Questions 1. The CEO of AnimatEASE as part of his presentation uses a large chalkboard on which he lists the five major company goals for the forthcoming year. Any problem? 3. He also attaches his computer to a LCD projector display, projecting on the screen a short animation feature produced with AnimatEASE I to demonstrate the capability of the product. Any problem? 4. He also uses the projector to show a number of Power Point graphs reflecting the company's forecast of the number of AnimatEASE I and II unit sales in each of the next five years and the estimated gross revenues from the sales. Any problem using the powerpoint slides and graphs? 5. Copies of the slides and graphs are distributed to all of the invitees. Any problem? 6, In addition to those present in the room in which the presentation is being made, those for whom there was not enough room in that room gather in another room in the same building and hear the presentation through a video-conferencing set-up that permits them to hear the presentation and also to ask questions? Same facts as in 6, except in addition to the persons in the overflow room broker-dealers around the country that have teleconference facilities by giving notice that enables them to be tied into the teleconference can also receive the presentation as it is taking place. Same as 10 except the webcast remains available after completed by accessing the web site and using an appropriate password so that those invited can access the archived webccast when convenient. 12. Same as 11 except anyone can access the archived webcast including those that were not allowed to access the live webcast. 13. Same as 12 except those given a password receive the entire original webcast and those that are allowed access without a password receive the original webcast except for portions in which the company's CEO and CFO give the company's projection of revenues over the next five years and respond to questions concerning the projections. 14. Same as 10 except it is transmitted by radio or television. 15. The entire in person live road road show is filmed and a video/audio version is reproduced as a DVD, which is distributed to selected institutional investors and broker-dealers.
